The Idea of establishing a non-profit organization that works on providing proper and adequate education for children was born at the beginning of 2022. A photo of a child sitting on the top of a garbage bin while reading a book went viral on social media. This event shook the feelings of three women, these women (teachers and friends) decided to work together to establish a non-profit organization that works to help poor families to enroll their children in schools in order to receive the appropriate education for their children, which is one of their rights guaranteed by laws.
Because of the difficult economic conditions, the founders of the association were unable to do much because of the many needs and the lack of resources, so it was necessary to look at friendly countries, the United Nations and international non-profit organizations to work together to achieve our goal.
In order to ensure that every child living in Lebanon receives an appropriate education, and to help families who are unable to do so, “Seat” will seek to:
- Cooperate with the government, local and international Non governmental organizations working in the field of children.
- Partnership with friendly countries, regional and international organizations in order to achieve its mission.
